Closing on over $4.5 Million in sales during her first year as a Realtor, Katie Lieder has quickly proven to be one of Southeastern Michigan's most dedicated and motivated real estate partners. Originally from Dansville, Michigan, Katie moved to the Lansing area while attending Northwood University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, earning a Bachelors of Business Administration in just three short years. Following graduation, Katie worked in customer service for six years, but it was her experience in commercial loan documentation at Ann Arbor Bank that Katie credits with developing her keen attention to detail.
Falling in love with the fast pace and networking opportunities of the real estate industry, Katie currently specializes in representing local, out of state and international home buyers and sellers in Ann Arbor and its surrounding areas. Katie loves connecting with clients whenever she is needed. Katie establishes a strong communication channel between clients as she believes this is one of the most important factors to a great transaction. Katie and her boyfriend Zach currently live in the Ann Arbor area. In her spare time she enjoys doing crafts and thrift shopping. In the summertime you may see her scouring out the neighborhood garage sale where she might find a good deal and meet new people! She has a deep passion for entrepreneurship which extends into her small Etsy business, Bands On The Run. Katie is very close with her parents and family and enjoys writing, camping and almost any summertime activity.
